lligence\, executive presence and burnout. She has over thirty years of le
adership experience in corporate and non-profit organizations\, and contin
ues to support community impact organizations through board consulting and
pro bono coaching. Deborah currently serves on the Board of ICF Arizona\,
having served one year as VP of Operations\, and will serve as VP of Soci
al Impact for 2022. Deborah holds a Masters in Organizational Management f
rom the University of Phoenix and a BA in American Studies from Trinity Co
llege\, Connecticut. She holds additional certificates in coaching\, consu
lting and continuing education from BoardSource\, Six Seconds\, Dr. Sears
Wellness Institute\, Nonprofit Lifecycles Institute and Harvard Business S
chool.
Julie Binter\, CMC
\nJulie is an internal and external coach\, consultant and facilit ator with over twenty years of experience in corporate\, public and non-pr ofit organizations. She designs and delivers results-oriented development programs for individuals\, teams\, leaders and organizations. Julie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities\, and a Master’s degree in Organizational Development and Lead ership from Fielding Graduate University. She is a Certified Master Coach and holds several certifications with the Six Seconds Emotional Intelligen ce Network.
