Book: Neurodiversity Coaching: A Psychological Approach to Supporting Neurodivergent Talent and Career Potential

Our engaging Coach’s Book Study sessions take place every Thursday evening at 7:30 PM MST via Zoom, offering an hour of enriching discussions and exploration. Facilitated by our skilled facilitator, participants are encouraged to select chapters to present each week, fostering an interactive and collaborative learning environment.

ABOUT NEURODIVERSITY COACHING:
Unravel the complexities surrounding neurodivergent experiences in the workplace with "Neurodiversity Coaching." This essential resource equips coaching practitioners, managers, and community leaders with the knowledge and tools needed to support individuals with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia, and Tourette Syndrome. Grounded in coaching psychology theory, this practical guide shares evaluated coaching exercises and activities, empowering practitioners to effectively navigate the neurodiversity landscape.






Facilitator:

Carrie-Ann Tkaczyk is a professional ICF certified coach with nearly a decade of experience and a Masters certificate in evidence-based coaching from Fielding University. She is also a member in the Arizona ICF Chapter and the Mindfulness Coach Association. Her clients benefit from her experienced research-based methods, certified mindfulness knowledge, and cross-cultural lens deeply honed by her equity work and living in England, Nepal and Turkey. Her varied experiences include educator, Peace Corps volunteer, nonprofit specialist in Washington, DC, internal coach, and small business owner. An avid traveler, she moves between Oregon and Arizona.
