Prior to founding his own consulting firm, John held senior roles at Sandia National Laboratories, Digital Equipment Corporation and Citibank, NA.
John has held adjunct faculty roles at both Pepperdine University's Masters Program in Organization Development (MSOD) and at the Gestalt Insitutute of Cleveland. He has a Masters of Science in Organization Develment (MSOD) from Pepperdine University and a BA in Sociology and Education from City University of New York. He is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation and has over a decade of Gestalt training and extensive studies in leadership, strategy, culture and personal change.
