Prework: Participants will be invited to take the PERMAH Wellbeing Survey: A downloadable report is provided that documents individual results, assessment within specific elements of wellbeing & opportunities to create ‘tiny habits’ to positively influence wellbeing.
About Our Presenters
Diane Rogers is Founder & CEO of Contagious Change, working with individuals, leaders & organizations to ‘create a contagious change where each individual’s magnificence is made un invisible’. Her leadership development programs equip, engage & encourage individuals to BE their best, to see their magnificence, & to bring the best of themselves to the best of others to thrive, flourish & BE well. She holds a PCC level certification as well as several certificates in positive psychology and wellBEING.

Louis Alloro is a positive psychology practitioner. He holds a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) from University of Penn where he studied with Dr. Martin Seligman. He has trained & certified thousands of practitioners in applied positive psychology & wellbeing science. He is a senior fellow at the Center for the Advancement of Wellbeing at George Mason University & is currently pursuing his PhD in the School of Leadership & Change at Antioch University.
