1.5 in Resource Development

Join the Founder and Programmes Director of the Climate Change Coaches, Charly and Emily, to discuss the pivotal role that coaches can play in the ecological crisis. As we witness the increasingly visible impacts of the crisis both locally and globally, many of us are considering how we can contribute to a more livable future. At the heart of the Climate Change Coaches’ theory of change is that the crisis is as much a human behavioral problem as it is a technical or scientific one. This opens up a whole landscape of possibility for coaches to become part of the climate solutions eco-systems, since behavior change is at the heart of what we do.

In this webinar, we’ll discuss:

  • The need for coaches to be prepared for and confident to hold space around climate-related topics.
  • How understanding this topic will help you to stay relevant as a coach.
  • How coaching can support eco-anxiety as well as move individuals and organizations towards meaningful action.
