The CORE reveals the three primary principles of coaching. Based on years of mentoring and guiding coaches through the ICF, evaluating recordings of all levels and training coaches beyond MCC, The CORE deeply defines coaching. It forms a reliable foundation, instantly increasing, sharpening, expanding and exploding every one of our Core Competencies.
So in other words, if you're doing the CORE, you're doing powerful and high-level coaching. We begin with a basic (and brief) review of the Core Competencies so they are in the forefront of our thinking and awareness.
Then we explore and establish which ones are the weakest and which are the strongest (everyone's got one of each) and also which one is the most important--and it may not be what you think.
Then we explore the CORE Cornerstone principles of our Core Competencies--revealing how these three
factors shows up easily and powerfully in our coaching, how they each enhance every single Core Competency and make the markers easy to access and reveal in our coaching.
The CORE is all things coaching. If you're doing this, then you're accessing all the Core Competencies and all your coaching skills. If you're not doing these three, then you are not doing powerful coaching. The overall experience will be engaging, entertaining, interactive conversation.
Typical side additional topics that often occur in the moment from the sharing and discoveries are:
- How the CORE enhances your enrolling
- How the CORE makes your marketing marvelous.
- How the CORE stimulates your sales
- How the CORE helps you find your clients
- How the CORE leverages your Leadership
- How the CORE makes every niche nifty
- How the CORE applies to assessments
- How the CORE helps you coach the uncoachable
- And so much more.
Coaches will discover a deeper level of the Core Competencies and Markers:
- Coaches will be able to access their coaching power, range and presence.
- Coaches will instantly strengthen and grow EVERY core competency in minutes.
- Coaches will also feel more focused, prepared and positive about taking their ICF CKA and submitting their recordings for performance review. (I use this criteria and model when mentoring for even MCC level recordings.)
- Coaches will be able to listen deeper and fuller, create a richer awareness, establish trust more easily, and get their clients moving into action more easily.
- Coaches will watch their coaching expand, enhance, deepen and grow faster.
- Coaches will know how to coach the Uncoachable.
- They will also be able to recover their coaching when they get stuck, lost or fall out of coaching.
- They'll also have a solid and clear design that defines coaching so they can easily identify if they are coaching powerfully or not (and how to get into powerful coaching.
- In other words, this simple, yet extremely powerful structure/design will open up new levels and allow the coach to show up more confidently and truly BE the coach they are here to BE.
