About This Workshop

As business owners we often find ourselves juggling multiple balls to get ahead of all the operational tasks that need to be carried out in order to run a thriving coaching practice. Now with updated core competencies, there are additional tasks that need to be included in your client onboarding processes that help to ensure competencies are being met.

How do you free up your time from administrative tasks so that you can concentrate on coaching? How do you ensure that your business is running smoothly with systems and processes that talk to each other? How can you ensure that you are setting the stage with your new clients around core competencies?

By implementing a Systems Strategy

In this interactive presentation, we will cover:
- What software systems should you use and how do they support your business?
- What are the software systems for a coaching practice?
- How can software systems help you to be more effective in running your business?
- How do software systems help you to meet some of the ICF Core Competencies?

Through this presentation and discussion, we will take a look at how you are onboarding your clients now and how software systems can help you streamline the process and help to eliminate tasks and errors. We’ll also take a look at software systems to help you with lead generation and communication with potential clients as well as money management.

Software systems are only as good as the people using them so we’ll be learning some best practices from each other regarding

client management.
