Dr. LauraLynn Jansen is a pioneering voice in humanizing leadership, blending twenty-five years of experience as a Co-Active coach and leadership facilitator. With a dynamic approach that integrates introspection and interactive engagement, she is committed to fostering authentic connection and transformational leadership gatherings.
At the heart of LauraLynn’s work is a commitment to intentional, sustainable relationship building. These are the guiding principles of her doctoral research, which explores how humanization occurs. Her groundbreaking contributions earned her the prestigious Academy of Management’s 2023 Promising Dissertation Award, recognition as a Fetzer scholar, and fellowship in the International Humanistic Management Association.
Beyond academia, LauraLynn designs and facilitates immersive leadership programs that nurture individuals’ and communities' innate capacity for connection. Her work spans diverse environments, from Washington, DC, to Hawai’i, and includes engagements with the U.S. military, healthcare institutions, private businesses, and nonprofit organizations. She has curated multi-year retreat-based experiences and seamlessly integrates hybrid formats, ensuring accessibility and depth in her offerings.
A passionate advocate for personal sustainability and community well-being, LauraLynn incorporates embodied leadership models that address intra- and interpersonal dimensions of awareness. Her

Kenadie Cobbin-Richardson stands at the forefront of transformative leadership as the Principal Consultant for Kengen, where her expertise in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategy, executive coaching, and training drives companies towards achieving real, measurable progress. With over 15 years of experience in leading innovative initiatives within corporations, Kenadie's passion for reshaping the American workplace into a more equitable and inclusive environment is evident in every aspect of her work.
Possessing a robust skill set in strategic consulting, workforce development, training, and communications, Kenadie leverages her broad, interdisciplinary experiences to provide progressive leadership solutions. Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from DePauw University, where she excelled to graduate summa cum laude. She further honed her leadership acumen with a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Touro University Nevada and is currently broadening her expertise with a second Master's in business from Harvard University.
Kenadie's contributions to diversity and inclusion have been recognized at the highest levels, including commendations from two American presidents, Ronald Reagan and George W. Bush. Her transformative work led to national recognition by Ebony Magazine and Pine-Sol in 2011 as a catalyst for change. The Nevada Women's Hall of Fame inducted her in 2015, the same year she was named the ATHENA Young Professional of the Year, showcasing her significant impact within her community and beyond.
From 2015 to 2019, Kenadie led an all-female mission in Haiti, constructing 60 water wells in rural communities affected by the earthquake, providing essential access to clean, potable water. This endeavor highlights her commitment to making a tangible difference in the lives of those in need.
Kenadie's life outside of her professional endeavors is filled with joy and exploration. She cherishes traveling, reading, dancing, enjoying massages, and spending quality time with friends and family, reflecting her well-rounded and compassionate approach to both life and work.
