At our most recent meeting, the ICF New Mexico Board of Directors reaffirmed its deep commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) as a core value. In this time of deep political division in our country, the need for empathy, respect, and meaningful dialogue is more urgent than ever. As coaches, we have a unique opportunity to create spaces where all voices are heard, differences are honored, and understanding is fostered.
