Deborah Thompson, PCC is a seasoned leadership professional with over 30 years of diverse experience spanning the nonprofit, public, and private sectors. Her expertise lies in leadership development, strategic planning, nonprofit management, and governance.
As an ICF credentialed executive leadership coach, Deborah's passion lies in guiding executives and their teams toward success both professionally and personally. Her coaching approach is grounded in fostering resilience and growth, enabling leaders to thrive in their roles.
Deborah's client portfolio extends across a wide spectrum of nonprofit, public and Fortune 500 companies and industries, including technology, retail, bio-sciences, software engineering, construction, manufacturing, legal, healthcare, food service, wellness, insurance, nonprofit, and others.
Deborah holds an MA in Organizational Management and a B.A in American Studies. She has pursued extensive post-graduate certifications in areas such as Gallup Strengths, DiSC, Five Behaviors of a Team, Health and Well-Being Coaching, Organizational Psychology, Positive Psychology, Trauma-Informed Coaching, Nonprofit Executive Leadership, Nonprofit Lifecycles Consulting, and Board Governance Consulting.
Prior to establishing her coaching practice in 2019, Deborah held executive leadership positions at prominent local and national organizations. Beyond coaching, she remains actively involved in consulting with nonprofit organizations and serves as an educator and consultant in governance and strategic planning at Arizona State University.
