Biography
Ashley is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation. She has gained over 200 hours of coaching experience since completing her Practitioner’s Diploma in Executive Coaching with the Association of Executive Coaching (AoEC) in the UK in 2018.
Ashley’s background as a qualified Occupational and Organisational Psychologist also supports her coaching practice, as does her 18 years of work in leadership roles in humanitarian and development non-profits in complex contexts across Africa, the Middle East, and South East Asia. Ashley also holds a Master of Laws degree in International Human Rights Law from the University of Edinburgh School of Law.
Ashley’s coaching approach is warm, informed and accessible. She focuses on the whole person and her work often integrates individual or leadership coaching approaches with team coaching models, an approach that she has been refining since completing a specific training on Systemic Team Coaching with world-renowned Systemic Team Coach Richard Hawkins in 2023.
Ashley’s experience in humanitarian and human rights work adds authenticity when she coaches professionals working in these sectors. Her coaching offering is designed to support those working towards positive change in the world, whatever that might mean to her individual clients.
