Multiple Brain Coaching: Unlocking Deeper Intelligence

About this event

Multiple Brain Coaching: Unlocking Deeper Intelligence with Sandra Engel and Ileen Gerstenberger
Date:
April 23, 2025
Time:
11:30am - 1:00pm

Neuroscience has shown that we don’t just have one brain but three! Apart from the brain in our head, we have complex, adaptive and fully functional neural networks or “brains” in our heart and in our gut. That is in itself a fascinating fact but how can we actually use these discoveries?

That is the question that Marvin Oka and Grant Soosalu asked themselves and by combining the latest research with their extensive experience in behavioral modelling, they created a powerful model for how the intelligence in all three of our brains can be accessed. mBIT stands for multiple Brain Integration Techniques and is a suite of practical tools and techniques for turning theory into practice. Using mBraining in our daily lives allows us to find more calm, clarity and strength in our choices, both in life and at work.

Learning Objectives:

1. Tap into the intelligence centers of their head, heart and gut.
2. Understand what primary expressions are associated with the head, heart and gut and how to communicate with the three centers.
3. Learn how this can benefit their clients in helping them prevent making decisions or taking action without all of the available information they are being given.
