Knowing yourself as a coach is not just about understanding your skills or techniques; it’s about delving deep into your own beliefs, values, and experiences to uncover the essence of who you are and how you show up in your coaching practice. It’s a journey of self-discovery that requires honesty, vulnerability, and a willingness to confront both your strengths and your areas for growth.

As you embark on this journey, you’ll uncover the unique blend of identities that make you the coach you are – your empathy, your intuition, your ability to listen deeply without judgment. You’ll also come face to face with your limitations, your biases, and the areas where you still have room to evolve.

But it’s in this space of self-awareness that true magic happens. By knowing yourself fully – embracing your strengths and acknowledging your challenges – you become a more authentic, more present, and more impactful coach. You create a safe and empowering space for your clients to explore, grow, and transform, knowing that you are walking alongside them as a fellow traveler on the path to self-discovery.

By engaging in this powerful session, you will:

  1. Develop a deeper understanding of personal beliefs, values, and experiences to enhance self-awareness as a coach.
  2. Recognize and embrace both strengths and areas for growth, fostering authenticity and presence in coaching interactions.
  3. Create a supportive and empowering coaching environment by leveraging self-awareness to navigate biases and limitations effectively.
  4. Build your personal inclusion narrative.

Register today to understand and magnify the fullness of the coach within!
