ICF New Mexico Overview

The ICF New Mexico mission is to provide resources and create community to support and advance ICFNM coaches in their profession.

To be the professional organization of choice for New Mexico Coaches who desire a dynamic community to grow, learn, support and develop trusting relationships.

  • Business Building through a combination of educational programs and monthly accountability groups
  • Coaching Education tied directly to ICF Core Competencies and ICF Ethics
    1. Coaching Case Analysis where coaching client cases are explored
      for underlying themes and dynamics
    2. Webinars on specific topics
    3. Coaches Workshop providing a deep dive into four coaching modalities
  • Social Activities designed to build community and deeper connections
    1. Podcast and Book Clubs with rich content that can serve us personally and professionally
    2. Summer and Winter Socials

Membership: Welcome new members. Help coaches understand and use the benefits available through ICF and ICFNM. Develop on-going relationships with members and associates. Answer questions regarding CEU’s, renewals, and chapter opportunities.

Communication: Manages the ICFNM blog. Help create alliances with other organizations like SHRM, ATD, etc. Help market the 2021 Coaches Workshop.

Programs: Develop and deliver programs to meet the needs of our membership including provide opportunities for strengthening relationships, being inspired, building their businesses and earning CCEUs.
