1st Tuesday Business Building Accountability Group
ICF New Mexico is launching Business Building Accountability Groups to support coaches in growing their coaching practices. During these monthly meetings, participants will briefly update the group on progress against their goals, discuss ways of building their businesses, and at times conduct exercises to strengthen skills in an aspect of business building.
As a prerequisite for joining an accountability group, you must view the orientation session which was held 1/6/2020. Your registration confirmation will include links to the orientation session and to download the group guidelines and a template for tracking progress against your goals.

In this deeper dive into social media Croft Edwards, MCC will share his experience as a self-made social media “Influencer.” Whatever your thoughts about social media, it is a critical part of your coaching and marketing plan. Mary Garvey Horst, LCSW, RYT-500 is a licensed psychotherapist, life coach, and certified yoga instructor who is passionate about mind-body-spirit embodiment. Earlier in life while living in Louisiana, Mary obtained Master’s degrees in Religious Studies and Social Work prior to moving to California. She managed her own private psychotherapy practice in Southern California for 18 years. Before moving to New Mexico ten years ago, she transitioned into Health and Wellness coaching with an emphasis on inner growth, personal integration, and overall flourishing. Mary is a Dr. Sue Morter Energy Codes® Master Trainer, a member of the Association of Comprehensive Energy Psychology, and on the staff of the BodyAwake® Yoga School.

Gail also works with a growing number of millennial clients. Finding new ways to coach and the future of coaching are things she is particularly interested in. In the past, Gail has done extensive leadership coaching and contributed to many leadership development programs, plus she writes. Her coaching certification hails from the Hudson Institute of Coaching, and her ACC credential is from the International Federation of Coaching. Gail expects to achieve her next level credential, the PCC, in the next few months. Gardening, scuba diving and going on airplane adventures with her pilot-husband are her hobbies.
