Description:

1. The acknowledgement of the power of our energy and how it impacts others around us (positively ornegatively). The horses are the best teachers as they are highly sensitive and can reflect the importance of being mindful of your energy.

2. The importance of showing up as your true authentic self. Horses are keenly aware of their surroundings at all times and are amazing truth tellers and see through ego and falsities.

3. Acceptance and appreciation for the individual gifts we all possess and how to embrace them to live authentically and attract those we are best suited to serve and help. When working with horses we become more present and tuned in to our heart vs our head.

Presenter’s Bio
Leeanne Gardner helps individuals and business owners take the reins and implement positive changes through experiential workshops with horses, and motivational speaking. Inspired by her lifelong love of horses and the realization that too many people she encountered struggled to answer the question “What lights you up?”

Leeanne left the corporate world and founded Unbridle IT, LLC in 2008 with her beloved equine partners, Sassy and Romeo. Her primary focus is helping others find their “IT” and create a life they love.

Leeanne’s Amazon #1 Best Selling book, Unbridle IT! Buck Up and Create Your Happy! is a workbook with actionable steps for creating more happiness and fulfillment in your life and business. This unique self-help book includes profound life lessons she learned through the horses such as the importance of authenticity, the necessity of perseverance, and the value of resilience. The book is available on Audible, Amazon and a variety of other literary outlets.

Are you ready to take the reins and chart your trail to more happiness and fulfillment? You’ll never know your full potential until you Unbridle It.

Facilitated by Elle McPherson, ACC

This is always well attended and provides a wonderful learning opportunity as well as exposure to new coaching styles!

Elle will be doing a demonstration of the 10 Finger Process, a simple but highly effective method to guide clients to reprogram limiting beliefs. During the demo, she will demonstrate how this process can be used to guide clients in achieving goals. (Hint: it’s not in forcing the goal, but in holding the polarity of realizing and processing the various past beliefs or actions that have or could interfere with the goal, and the desire to achieve the goal.)

After the demo, we’ll discuss a few of the key principles behind why this technique works, and other applications for how to use this simple, but really effective, method.

This method is an example of the processes of Accelerated Evolution Academy, of which Elle is a certified Level 2 Coach and Trainer-in-Training.
