Apr 14 @ 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM

Description of Program:

Ethics is an essential and fundamental part of impactful professional coaching. Identifying your – sometimes hidden – ethical dilemmas, enables you to elaborate a sounder solution, one that will let you react in a more competent manner with a high level of integrity.

During this webinar you will learn how to detect and handle the ethical aspect of a given situation. You will see that in most cases there is no obvious right or wrong solution, rather several good, or better, solutions.

Judit will offer as well as a simple decision-making model to you, one that can help you gain a deeper understanding of your case, one that enables you to find your best response. You will have the chance to apply this model to a real-life case.

Mini Habits: A Small Tool for Big Success
Sep 17 @ 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM

Register-Here-ICFNM

Description of Program:

Habits are our brain’s go to tool to tackle almost any goal or task, which is why helping your clients get in the driver’s seat of their habit-making machinery can be a game changer. You’ll walk away with everything you need to help your clients know to start making measurable change. Just like learning how to play the piano, learning how to form positive habits is a skill set. Attendees will learn concrete strategies and habit-building systems that will de-mystify why habit-building and behavior change are so hard, and how you can help your client overcome their internal obstacles.

Attendees will learn concrete strategies and habit-building systems that will de-mystify why habit-building and behavior change are so hard, and how you can help your client overcome their internal obstacles.

You’ll discover:

  • Why the key to knocking out habits is building them sequentially, not simultaneously
  • How to use proven methods like “habit stacking” and “habit tracking” to make or break any habit
  • Why keeping your client motivated is easy with one small tweak
  • How motivation often follows action, rather than preceding it
  • How making your habits “stupid small” can be the game-changer you and your coaching client have been looking for

Deepening Your Use of Metaphor in Coaching
Oct 21 @ 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Register-Here-ICFNM

Description of Program:

An experiential workshop
Metaphor is a really powerful coaching technique that is often underutilized and forgotten if our coaching clients emphasize their need for fast results. Exploring a metaphor takes time and courage but it pays off by both deepening and broadening the client’s awareness and enables them to achieve better and more sustainable results.

We believe that metaphors

  • help clients simplify the complex
  • increase their familiarity and comfort with the unknown
  • help clients verbalize experiences that are difficult to put into words
  • reduce fear by making it easier to relate to the situation at hand

In this program participants will:

  • learn tools and techniques to use metaphors in coaching
  • explore the different meanings, interpretations, of various metaphors
  • apply these metaphors to reflect on themselves, their businesses, etc.

Both beginner and more seasoned coaches are welcome to this program.

Please come with a personal question or challenge with which you would like to practice the use of metaphor.
Expect a highly experiential and reflective two hours.
