There’s still room in both groups. Members, associates and those not affiliated with ICFNM are welcome. A huge challenge for mitigating the effects of unconscious bias is to recognize it shows up in ourselves or in our clients. Subtle energetic reactions reveal our biases and then we must mindfully tune in to our own somatic experience to adjust and respond to the moment. In this session, you will learn to recognize these subtle energetic reactions as they occur. You will learn a method for conscious, constructive inquiry and other mindful practices to support your ongoing development. Knowing your biases and how they might show up is a key to building trust – your most important skill in the coaching relationship.
