Please join the New Mexico Chapter of the Association for Talent Development (ATDNM), the New Mexico Evaluators (NM Eval), International Coach Federation New Mexico (ICF NM), and UNM Organization Information and Learning Sciences (UNM OILS) program for an evening of networking, collaborating, and sharing best practices on talent and learning development, evaluation, coaching, and performance improvement!
Objectives for our Mixer
- Discover more about what each association has to offer.
- Meet someone new and/or reinforce existing professional relationships.
- Find out more about our three partner associations and the UNM OILS program.
- Create a sense of belonging to a larger community of practice.
Activities for our Mixer
- Structured networking activities to allow you to meet others.
- Job Table so you can look for a job or recruit for an employee or trainer. Bring copies of your job postings or bring your resumes to share!
- ATDNM, NMISPI, and NM Evaluators tables to discover more about each of these professional organizations.
- Advice Booth to learn more about best practices in your field, or to have an experienced practitioner review your resume. Consider signing up to be an advisor!

We kindly request each attendee bring an image (pic, magazine clipping, quote) that represents his/her response/goal/hope/vision for inclusion in a vision board. A few ideas for an image to bring may be a personal aspiration or commitment, along with a thought on what it’s going to take to reach that goal, or how reaching for or achieving such an aspiration could potentially contribute to the community or world at large.
The Summer Social is all about “No Stress, More Fun.”
We’d like to use the evening of Friday, June 15th from 5:30 – 8:00 PM to get together and enjoy the company of our coaching community.

Here’s an opportunity to broaden your network and explain your coaching expertise to HR professionals. The Northern New Mexico Human Resources Association (NNMHRA) is a local affiliate chapter of the national Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the world’s largest professional membership organization in Human Resource Management, with more than 200,000 individual members. NNMHRA has been recognized nationally for its programs and accomplishments, including recently being awarded SHRM’s Silver Excel Award. NNMHRA provides HR professionals throughout the Santa Fe and northern New Mexico area with a forum for monthly events, professional development and networking.

Every year the chapter meets in December to celebrate the previous year and look forward to the year to come. This year’s focus with be variations on the theme of “Dreams.” The virtual celebration will include some fun facilitated activities to help us connect, learn more about one another, reflect, and explore our thoughts and aspirations for the coming year. Our ICF NM Chapter President, Lisa Brewer, will address us as well with her reflections and thoughts on our accomplishments in 2020.
What to Bring
- An object, photo, etc. of something that has been particularly meaningful to you this year. Be prepared to share.
- Holiday beverage of your choice for sipping and toasting.
- Holiday hat or sweater (optional).
Activities
- Facilitated activities exploring our social theme of “Dreams.”
We will do these exercises in breakout rooms, so we will have a chance to connect more personally and follow them with some large group sharing. - ICF New Mexico President’s message and reports from our committees on achievements and upcoming plans.
- Contest for three terrific prizes which will be drawn at random at the end of the social including a gift card and seats in our programs and workshops, CCEUs included! Must be present to win!!
