Deborah currently serves on the Board of ICF Arizona, having served one year as VP of Operations, and will serve as VP of Social Impact for 2022. Deborah holds a Masters in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and a BA in American Studies from Trinity College, Connecticut. She holds additional certificates in coaching, consulting and continuing education from BoardSource, Six Seconds, Dr. Sears Wellness Institute, Nonprofit Lifecycles Institute and Harvard Business School.
