Deborah is a certified Whole Person coach specializing in coaching leaders in the areas of confidence, emotional intelligence, executive presence and burnout. She has over thirty years of leadership experience in corporate and non-profit organizations, and continues to support community impact organizations through board consulting and pro bono coaching. Deborah currently serves on the Board of ICF Arizona, having served one year as VP of Operations, and will serve as VP of Social Impact for 2022. Deborah holds a Masters in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and a BA in American Studies from Trinity College, Connecticut. She holds additional certificates in coaching, consulting and continuing education from BoardSource, Six Seconds, Dr. Sears Wellness Institute, Nonprofit Lifecycles Institute and Harvard Business School.

Julie Binter, CMC

Julie is an internal and external coach, consultant and facilitator with over twenty years of experience in corporate, public and non-profit organizations. She designs and delivers results-oriented development programs for individuals, teams, leaders and organizations. Julie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities, and a Master’s degree in Organizational Development and Leadership from Fielding Graduate University. She is a Certified Master Coach and holds several certifications with the Six Seconds Emotional Intelligence Network.
